Vocational Rehabilitation Services: We offer vocational services to help our clients navigate the employment landscape. Our services are designed to support individuals in identifying their career interests, developing job skills, and securing meaningful employment.
Innovative Supports: We develop and implement innovative supports to enhance their employment outcomes. These supports are customized to align with the individual’s skills and interests, thereby facilitating a more effective and fulfilling employment experience.

Support for Transition-Age Youth: Recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities that come with transitioning from school to work, we provide specialized support for transition-age youth. Our services aim to equip these young individuals with the necessary skills and confidence to navigate the employment landscape successfully. We work closely with them to identify their interests and strengths, explore potential career paths, and secure meaningful employment.
Independent Vocational Assessments: We offer Independent Vocational Assessments to evaluate an individual’s vocational skills, abilities, interests, and potential for employment. These assessments are conducted by experienced professionals and provide valuable insights that guide our vocational rehabilitation services. The goal is to ensure that a person’s vocational goals are matched with careers that align with their unique skills and interests.

Meet the Team
The leadership team of Lincoln Square Coaching has more than 40 years of combined experience in human resources, higher education administration, workplace mentoring, and services for people with disabilities.
Joseph Amodeo, M.P.A., M.S., M.A., CRC, CVE, CCM, CPTD, SHRM-SCP
Chief Executive Officer
Joseph's passion for supporting people in pursuing their educational and career goals led to the founding of Lincoln Square Coaching LLC. With 15+ years in development and program management, including 12+ years in disability and vocational rehabilitation services, Joseph has led the development and implementation of several innovative programs aimed at fostering post-secondary success for youth with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as initiatives focused on improving employment outcomes for adults with disabilities.
Joseph holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University at Buffalo, a Master's in Public Administration from Marist College, and a Master of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany. Currently, Joseph is pursuing doctoral studies in educational policy, organization, and leadership at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP), and Certified Career Counselor (CCC). Joseph has also earned the highest levels of certification in talent development and human resources, including the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the National Career Development Association, American Rehabilitation Counseling Association, National Rehabilitation Counseling Association, Council on Exceptional Children (CEC), CEC's Division on Career Development and Transition (DCDT), Academy of Management, and the Association for Talent Development.
Annie Dewey has more than a decade of professional experience across several industries. She has experience as the director of client management at a leading data, insights, and consulting company. She has led complex projects and engagements for various clients across different industries. In this capacity, she was responsible for ensuring project success, profitability, scope, and client satisfaction. She has an established background in coaching and mentoring junior staff. Previously, Annie held several positions in higher education at Fairfield University in Connecticut and Boston College in Massachusetts.
She holds a bachelor's degree in secondary education and a master's degree in higher education from Boston College.
Fran Nunziata is a human resources professional with over 19 years of experience at Calvary Hospital. Most recently, Fran served as the Senior Director of Human Resources, responsible for compliance, benefits, recruitment, relations, orientation, policy, and management for over 1,000 employees1. She is also an experienced public speaker on employee development topics and HR best practices.
She has a master’s degree in communications from Fordham University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston College. She is skilled in various areas of HR, such as employee benefits, recruiting, regulatory compliance, and management. She is also interested in youth development, college counseling, and career services. Prior to her tenure at Calvary, Fran served as the Director of the College and Career Information Center at Pelham Memorial High School and the Director of Youth Employment Services for the Town of Pelham (Westchester County). She is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
