Lincoln Square Coaching provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and career coaching for students and adults with disabilities across New York City, Westchester, and the Mid-Hudson region, at no cost to those who qualify through ACCES-VR. Private coaching and college planning are available virtually across the country.

Who Does Lincoln Square Coaching Serve?
Lincoln Square Coaching serves four groups across New York and New Jersey, and virtually around the country: students ages 14–22, schools and transition coordinators, adults seeking vocational evaluations, career coaching, or job readiness training, and families planning for college.
Students & Families
Free Pre-ETS services for students ages 14–22. We help young people explore careers, develop job readiness skills, and plan for life after high school.

What Is the SOARTransition Curriculum?
SOAR is our comprehensive transition curriculum designed specifically for students with complex support needs. Using visual supports, hands-on activities, and accessible instruction, SOAR helps students build real skills for real life.

Private coaching for teens and adults
Our private coaching helps teens and adults build the executive function, life, and social-communication skills that make independence possible, virtually anywhere and in person in New York City. Every engagement starts with a free consult.
